Here’s a practical guide to get you started: 

1. Identify the Issue: Start by acknowledging the specific challenge you’re facing. It could be stress about infertility, fear of treatment, or emotional blocks, like grief.  Be precise.
2. Tap the Points: Gently tap on the following points while focusing on your issue:
   Karate Chop Point: Side of your hand 3x saying 

    " Even though I feel _________ I love and accept myself. "

1. • Top of Head: Directly on the crown of your head.
   • Eyebrow: At the beginning of the eyebrow, near the bridge of the nose.
   • Side of Eye: On the bone at the side of the eye.
   • Under Eye: On the bone just below the eye.
   • Under Nose: Between the nose and upper lip.
   • Chin Point: Just below the lower lip in the groove.
   • Collarbone: The soft area at the top of your chestnuts under the collarbones.
   • Under Arm: About 4 inches below the armpit.
2. Use your own words: As you tap, repeat affirmations related to your fertility concerns. For instance, “Even though I feel overwhelmed, I deeply and completely accept myself.” This can help to shift your mindset and emotional state.
