2. SCOPE OF PRACTICE & PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Participants acknowledge and agree that:
Any techniques learned must be used within their own professional scope of practice, training, and licensing requirements
They are solely responsible for how they apply these techniques with clients or others
They will obtain informed consent from their own clients before using any techniques learned
Participants further agree:
Not to represent any techniques taught in this Workshop as medical treatment or as a replacement for licensed medical care.
3. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in this Workshop is voluntary.
Participants understand that activities may include:

Physical touch
Nervous system and emotional release work

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Release, waive, and discharge Marna Currie Integration, its owner, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to:
Participation in the Workshop
Use or misuse of techniques taught
Application of techniques with clients or third parties
Any physical, emotional, or financial outcomes
This includes claims of negligence to the extent permitted by law.
5. THIRD-PARTY CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Participants expressly agree that:
They are fully and solely responsible for any outcomes, claims, or interactions arising from their work with clients after attending this Workshop.
They agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marna Currie Integration from any claims brought by third parties (including clients).
6. HOME-BASED PROPERTY LIABILITY
This Workshop takes place at a private residence.

8. HEALTH & FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE

Cancellation Policy:
7+ days before: transfer or partial refund (minus admin fee)
Less than 7 days: non-refundable, but transferable to another workshop.
