Marna offers regular 'Sound Bath' in Altadena and Descanso Gardens which is a group session in a community studio or out under the oaks. You will need a mat, blanket, cushion and eye mask if you have one. Details will also be on Instagram links below or contact her direct.
Private sound therapy sessions are available in her home clinic and can also be used it in conjunction with the other modalities. Certain bowls can be placed on the body where there are feelings of stagnation. Feelings of deep bliss are often reported.
